Technology plays a big part in mostly everyone’s life. And like everyone it has gotten them in trouble at least once wether it’s been at work, school, or even in their relationships. The time it got me in trouble I was in middle school. I had just gotten a new phone and was really excited to use it. In my third period the teacher didn’t allow phones in class but I wanted to use it and show off. Well that showing off cost me my phone to be taken away for the whole day. During class I was texting my friends and I had forgotten to put it in silent and when I received a text message my phone rang. I used to have a song as my ringtone and it played out loud that everyone turn around to look at me. All I heard then was my teacher calling my name and asking to give him my phone. He told me that he will hold on to it until the end of the day. After I got it back he had called my parents to let them know and I got in trouble when I got home. From there on I learned my lesson on not to use my phone during class because it can lead to having my phone taken away for a whole day.
